Notes:NOTE: We keep a pet-free home, however, we fully respect the need for service dogs or emotional support animals and the importance they provide their owner. However, prior to booking, we require a request for a Service Animal with a photo of your service animal and an attached copy of the "Service Animal/Emotional Support Letter" signed with a licensed medical professional.

If you choose to book and we accept your reservation you must agree to the following:
Emotional Support/Service Animal Requirements (NO CATS ALLOWED).
1. Any animal/dog is to be completely housebroken and owners will stop any dog barking at any length of time (10+ minutes or more) which may disturb our neighbors adjacent or next-door neighbors. Should a Law Enforcement Agent respond to each Animal/Dog Barking Complaint an additional charge of $250.00 will be invoiced and due upon receipt of the invoice. Furthermore, may result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund upon the discretion of host/owner.
2. Please be considerate of other future guests that may be allergic to animals and expect our home to be pet-free as stated in the listing. Therefore please keep the animal off any and all furniture (unless medically needed and documented in your provided documents.
3. Animal/dog CAN NEVER BE LEFT ALONE AT THE PROPERTY. We will offer a dog kennel for your pet if you request it upon approval of your reservation after you have disclosed and provided documents as required for an ES/Service Animal.
4. Any fecal/dog mess outside will be picked up and properly disposed of by booking guests prior to checking out. Any fecal matter left in the home an additional cleaning charge of $150.00 will be invoiced and due upon receipt of the invoice.
5. Any animal/dog who is escorted outside must be accompanied by a guest and on a leash. The owner must control the animal at all times.
6. If your Emotional/Service Animal is hurt, lost, or dies the host/owner is not to be held responsible.
Please note that a lack of response with your acknowledgment or disregarding any of these policies will result in immediate cancellation of stay without refund.
We loved staying here. Mj was quick to respond, communicated excellent instructions, and was so helpful with recommendations! The bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way in the primary bedroom but that was the only complaint we had. The kids had lots of space and had a blast with the outdoor games and tree swing.

We each had a space we could work in, and we were very comfortable there. The kitchen had all we needed to cook for ourselves, oh and the bed was SUPER comfortable.

The floors were a bit dirty, but that just comes with the Arizona territory (yay Wild West!). Communicative. We didn’t quite catch that the couches were not pull-outs, but that might have been understood and we just missed it. Overall, great location. Highly recommend Mortimer Farms for groceries right down the road.

Stayed 5-Sep-2022Mj's place was really great for us. We were 2 families with 2 toddlers and 1 baby. At the end of the stay both toddlers declared it was the best house and they did not want to leave! We were able to relax without worrying about the kids. They had everything for us to relax and spend time together. The communication was crisp and very helpful. We do wish we could have extended the stay but would love to visit later.
